Is speech therapy covered under my benefits or insurance?
Many benefit and insurance companies offer coverage for speech therapists, speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists.
Contact your provider to check your coverage.
You may have to look under:

Is private speech and language therapy covered under Alberta Health Services?
Private speech and language therapy is not covered through Alberta Health Services.
For Public services: Ask your family doctor for a referral to the Community Rehabilitation Interdisciplinary Services through Alberta Health Services.
Does Chatty Therapy direct bill to my benefits or insurance?
Direct billing is available for the following insurers/benefit companies listed below.
If your benefit company or insurer is not here, we will give you a detailed invoices and receipts. You can submit this to your provider for reimbursement.
